Install YaBB SE problem !help me

when i try to install YaBB SE forum in my website i found problem on step 3..when request SQL name and pass...i already gave my user name and pass..but then ...

Cannot connect to database server with given data

Are you sure you have the right user/pass combo for the database? Does that user have the proper permissions for that database?
