Has anyone considered adding a spell checker to YaBB?  My members have been asking for one.

I am not sure the best way of doing creating one.  I don't know of any one spell checking software that will work since YaBB can be installed on several different platforms (Windows IIS, Unix/Apache, Linux/Apache) each requiring a different binary to work.  

Ideas?
