How would I make the default for hide email address to be checked rather than the default now being unchecked.

Also I would like for my new members to be able to fill out more about themselves during registration rather than having to do it later.

Ok.. I am sad.. I figured out the first part.  just one word.
 
In Register.php

Search for:

Code Select Expand

<td><font size=2><input type=text name=email size=30> <input type="checkbox" name="hideemail"> $txt[721]</font></td>

Replace with:

Code Select Expand

<td><font size=2><input type=text name=email size=30> <input type="checkbox" name="hideemail" checked> $txt[721]</font></td>


But the second half of the request is definately beyond me.
