I need help please, conversion failure,..

Please see below for detailed info; I don't know why it is getting these failures, I checked both the source directory and the files exist, but i do not see a corresponding directory structure under YABBSE, so I am thinking the information is in the MYSQL DB.
I checked the mysql db and here is the info:

So I stop at this point because it will not be able to complete the conversion. Can anyone please let me know how I can complete this conversion?

would be helpful for others to know how you solved it.

I copied the complete yabb folder which was underneath my cgi-bin folder to the yabbse folder. When it started the conversion it showed the folder being underneath cgi-bin, so i changed it to reflect yabbse and it converted perfectly.
