Sure you could. Anybody could make that truck picture in Photoshop -- that is, anyone who's willing to SPEND 6 months plotting it out line by line, pixel by pixel.  :P

Why anyone would do that of course I couldn't begin to imagine...

It could always been drawn on paper scanned in and then slowly painted... or using a tablet you can skip the paper step... but nothing beats a #2 Pencil... and an erasor!

And i've never like PS 6.0 they screwed with the interface to much... pissed me off i tell ya. 5.5 is still great... and see the Eyecandy filter set's... used to have them.  ;D

I have Kai's Power Tools 6 (KPT6) which is a great Filter set!

I got Photoshop 6 and PSP 5. I can't figure out how to get the damn Photoshop filters to work in PSP. Can they even do that in PSP 5?

PSP is far easier to use :) I have both and cannot use PS 6 at all. Fireworks is pretty good too.

To use PS filters in PSP . . .

(This is for version 7, but I believe it was the same in 5)

File  --> Preferences --> File locations  --> Plug-in filters (tab)
