Hi I translated it to german (Does that already exist? )

lock/unlock= schließen/öffnen
move topic= Topic verschieben
remove topic= Topic entfernen
sticky= pappig <---?? I do not really know, Just leave it in english!!!!
delete= löschen
email= E-Mail
help= Hilfe
home= Home
preferences= Einstellungen
new message= Neue Nachricht
outbox= Ausgang
inbox= Eingang
reload= neu laden
reply= Antwort
website= Homepage
login= Login
logout= Aus loggen
mark as read= Als gelesen markieren
modify= verändern
new poll= Neuer Vote
new topic= Neuer Topic
notifications= Benachrichtigungen
notify= benachrichtigen
print= Drucken
profile= Profil
quote= Zitat
register = rgistrieren
search = Suche
send topic= Topic senden

Please note that

1st german buttons already exist (@Gilde: please read first in the german forum)

2nd the "german" translation above contains lots of german mistakes, the current buttons have the much better german
