Ok theres probably already a thread about this so ill put it this way:
Can we convert Vbulletin to YabbSe, if yes is it easy

unfortunately, I do not have VB source so I dont know what to tell you.  Converters are not really that hard to make, just look at converter.php.. it converts it from y1g to yabbse.  If the board is in mysql already it makes it so much easier cuz all you have to do is make sure that the declarations are proper, rename some things, and possible move a couple of things.
