Security Preferences MOD

I'd like to have a MOD that gives me a few options I can choose from to have more security on my board. Maybe some Security Checkboxes for those functions:

- registering a new name possible only once a minute

- newly registered member must be confirmed by the administrator of the board before the new member is allowed to post and take part in polls

- newly registered member must send back an email to validate her/his email-address (also when changing her/his password)

- (dis)allow guests to take part in polls (<-- I miss this anyways, I'd like to allow guests to take part in polls, but disallow them to post threads and/or replies to threads)

- etc.?
