Have the latest mods, the package manager, etc. been added to the YABBSE download? I want to move my board, but it is a little messed up, so I want to start fresh. I hoped I wouldn't have to get all the mods and the newest package manager all over again.

I don't know the details but most patches have been applied and I think the package manager is upgraded.  :)

You shouldn't have to spend nearly as long updating it.

Last time I checked the listing for the YaBB package server gave details about which mods were obselete.
