Ok, weird stuff, add the usertitle field manually if possible and the error should go away.

I was looking at the upgrade file and noticed that it does not even say to add the "usertitle" members database.

What it says to do for the members database is,

Code Select Expand

also in the manual upgrade(upgrade.sql) I do not see a command to make the "usertitle" either

At this point I don't care, I appreciate the fact that you pointed it out though.

People first of all don't read instructions which is causing some errors and I'm just frustrated right now...I don't have that much time during the day and my mind is on other things.
