Why, on this site does the news change every click, and on mine it always stays the same?  is it a bug?

well, i guess i didnt look long enough, it does change, but here (yabb.info) it changes every click, on mine i leave it for a few mins and it changes on the next click.  i looked in forum preferences and there is a "Time in seconds to display each item in the news fader" which dosent affect either news fader or the news.
