I was going to do some IM mods, but I was told that there is going to be a new IM center released, when will this be?

Or should I modify it away!

Some features I was going to apply is:
IM Notification (When Read)
IM Center IN/OUT/etc. Boxes view (IM messages viewed on seperate pages)
IM New and Old Messages
IM Limiting (By space or Messages)
etc.....
