Is this server Compatible?

I appologise in advance if this is a \"This guy needs to put his comp back in the box\" situation but I am at my whits end.

For over two days now I have been attempting to upload any YaBB boards.  SE on a free server that seems to be having problems at the moment (coolfreepages).  Also Yabb Gold on my paid host and I am failing on everything. I have CHMOD ded my head off I can tell you but to no avail.

My next and probably final attempt will be to upload SE to my paid host which is http://www.easily.co.uk

According to their so called \"support\" this is the information I can gather.

Could sombody tell me please if I can in fact host YABBSE there?
If MySQL is already installled there and if not, what version I need to download and information I need to apply.

I've installed YaBB SE on coolfreepages and it does work

I've checked the site, and it says PHP version 4. Make sure it's at least 4.0.3, 4.0.6 preferably.

My host is running 4.0.0 and therefore SE isn't working.
