Error with Fader?

I just installed the stuff and it went through pretty flawelessly.

The only error I find happening right now no matter what I try is one with the news fader, it refuses to run and if I look at the error from the browser, it gives me an error about fade not being defined.

Any ideas?

The board is running at http://www.crimsoneternity.com/Yabb2/

I consider myself pretty savy when it comes to these things, (most of the site is coded in php/mysql, although I'm still working on some other areas), I'm sure its something simple.

Any ideas?

Check if you have the fader.js in your yabb2 directory.
That file should contain the function fade.
It's being called when the page is loaded, I checked your news, it's in place, and also the code for creation of the fader is in place.
The only thing that is presumably missing is the fader.js...

Nope, its there, I double checked it a few times.  Then I went into settings.pl and made sure that the proper URL was there, etc, etc.

I've tried uploading in binary and in ascii in case that was the reason, I'm completely lost at this point.

Oh well, I'll keep picking at it, its bound to be something simple.
