MySQL errors are killing me!

I keep on getting MySQL errors alot and can't access the admin menu!
When trying to access admin menu..Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /*hidden*/board/Sources/Subs.php on line 1412: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource (/*hidden*/board/Sources/Admin.php ln 50)

When posting, MySQL errors tend to pop-up here and there (generally the long posts)Does anyone know what could be going on? Help would be much appriciated! Thanks!
