UBBC.js Rewritten

This hack or addon as it really is, is complete, so you dont need to edit your files. Simply, download ubbc.zip.

What it does:
Creates prompt boxes for all the tags (eg. Bold, Underline etc.) in a vBulletin style. It is a nice feature and only involves one file.

Download:
http://rapmadd.hypermart.net/ubbc.zip.
Backup your ubbc.js, and then put this file in its place. Then go to post and voila!

This isn't cuttino's, it is in fact from vBulletin, just with a bit of extra coding to fit YaBBs tags.

ok, he's adding in credits to cuttino but let it be known he's only added bout 3 lines from the one cuttino modified. i really am not pleased that he thinks he deserves credit for it

Because I wrote the original mod for YaBB Gold I have to say something about it.

First, like I've said already at boardmod, I did not take the code and the idea from VBulletin (I even don't know much about vB). The idea is from another YaBB project. I wrote the code and added it to the original ubbc.js, so I did not just copy and paste it from somewhere.

The next thing is that I can't see the difference between my version for YaBB Gold and BIG P's for YaBB SE (except the text in the first lines of the file). So I ask myself why he thinks he deserves the credit for this?

There were a few routines changed first of all. Secondly all credit is given. Thirdly I dont deserve credit. All credit is in the file itself, for you. Just I brought it to YaBB SE. Removed certain parts which weren't relevant and fixed bits. I'm not asking for credit.
If you saw hacks brought forward to YaBB SP1, they gave credit in the file to the original author, just like i did, but they changed the name of the author. Saying they brought it over. ALA, myself.  
BTW, look at a vBulletin ubbc.js, it's all the same code. Just some parts added with copy and paste for YaBB.

@ BIG P: Can you give me a link or something to a vBulletin ubbc.js, so I could look at the code?  I've read at boardmod that any person who wants to change a mod writer's mod should ask him for permission. Why didn't you ask? No, this was just a joke because I've read that some mod authors get pissed up when someone changes their mods and let other people download it. So you don't have to ask for permission to change 'my' ubbc.js at all. The only thing I want is that you delete this text where you say I took it from vBulletin, because this isn't true!
