Problem Description:
Ok Got this guy/gal not sure that i banned by ip
then they returd with new ip diff range

was 61.*.*.*
new was 65.*.*.

Ok I Did This to ban first 1
61.0.*.*
and this to second 1
65.0.*.*.
65.*.*.*

but they were able to get in on ip 65.......

What Can I Do
Please Help
