How does a admin or mod change a normal member to a mod???

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.5

Problem Description:
Hi guys. I really love this forum software and its ease of use, capabilities, etc. but umm.. we need more that one mod & administrator (sp?) for our board and we can not figure out how to do that. When logged into the admin section, we see nowhere at all how to change a members status to mod or admin. Can you please help?

Only admins have the power to carry out these actions:

To change someone to an Admin or Global Mod, open their profile, click 'Modify' (top centre), click on the drop-down 'Position' menu at the bottom and fire away.

To appoint an ordinary mod, type their login (real) name in the 'Moderators' field for the relevant board(s) in the Edit Boards screen.
