If you're asking how to make someone a moderator, a simple search for either 'moderator' or 'moderators' would have brought you many, many posts on how to it.

So please try searching first next time but, for now, here are two I did earlier:

Go to Admin -> Edit Boards (reorder/create/remove). Type the names of the Moderator(s) in the text boxes in the middle column of the main table (under the heading 'Moderator') and click 'Modify'!

To make a user an admin (yes, you can have more than one) or global moderator, select the correct option from the drop-down menu at the bottom of their profile. To appoint a moderator on a board-by-board basis, go to Edit Boards (reorder/create/remove), type their username in the 'Moderator' text field, click 'Modify' and repeat process for each board you want them to moderate.
