Problem Description:
What would I edit to have member pictures/avatars atomatically resize? Right now the pics are set at 140 x 120..but if a picture is larger than that, and error comes up saying that the avatar can be no bigger than 140 x 120. I'd like members to be able to post any size avatar they wish, but have it automatically resize to 140x120 when the picture is next to their post.  What would I edit to have this happen?

is there another place where i can get the size control mod. because the link in that post doesnt have it anymore.
