Externe Php files in the center window

Problem Description:
The problem is this.
I have a lot of pages,was html, now converted to php,that i used on my previous site.
Now that I changed servers and can use php I installed YaBB SE.Its the ONLY portal that I can adapt to my needs that I found till now.I think my server must have been RED HOT trying all those CraPPie progs out there  .
Now my prob.I want to call those pages inside yabb.in the center.I tried to set the link _center,blank and everything I can think of but they still open up in a new window.Now I use _top and made a frame with my logo ontop and a link HOME but that is not the thing I want. .How can I put my page in the center of the YaBBSE frame?

I'm not sure exactly what you want; if you want the template around your site, why not just use template.php?
