Invalid referring site

Problem Description:
Can anyone tell me why I am getting 'Invalid referring site' when trying to delete anything? I am the administrator by the way.

What version of php are you using? A few people have had this issue before, try doing an advanced search with the words 'Invalid referring site' and match as phrase selcected and change the date range to 500, see if any of those results returned help.
