Is there a new member notification mod out there?

Basically what this would do is send an email to the webmaster / administrator of the board.

Or has this already been done, and I just can't find it anywhere?

Thanks!

Also, is there a mod out there that displays the newest member up at the top of the page, perhaps with the news (without wiping out my news?
