Is there a mod to delete say board X on sunday so it will be clean for the next week? Of course M-S will have an unknown amount of posts...

I doubt this would be that hard.. you would just need something to run a query to delete topics from that specific board.  Also, you would need to snag that topic IDs and then delete all messages with those topic IDs from the messages table.
