Adding a small Iframe to the infocenter...?

Problem Description:
here's a pic to demonstrate what i want...



just a tiny little iframe, height 45, width 207...

it might seem odd, but it'd really help out on my site...

basically, i know the users online list and my new iframe would have to be in a 2 column table like the one in the cell above, i just wouldnt know where to find the infocenter in yabbse, or how to go about coding the changes...

any help would be greatly appreciated.
