How do I disable users from changing screen names?

Problem Description:
I want to disable or remove the feature of letting users have a signup name and different screen name. I want their signup name as their only board ID.

Could someone tell me how to do this? I searched for some time and could not find the answer to my question.

YaBB SE doesn't have this feature, sorry.  Someone may come along and tell you what code to modify, but it's 1:19 am and I'm tired...
