Step 1 Failure

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.4
PHP Version: 4.3.2
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Windows

Problem Description:
This propably pretty sad, but I've installed PHP, and MYSQL.  Went to install YabbSE, Step 1. Creates loads of files and directories in my assigned location, BUT, I get this message:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\InetPub\Webs\MINIMXR\yabbse\install.php on line 228

It probably created over 100+ files but I'm stuck. I'm lost. I'm nowhere to go.  Please help.  I really am a lama.

Try it again.  Make sure you DO NOT check the "overwrite newer files" or whatever box.  It should be fine.
