Iss.php does not working

Problem Description:
Hi, Please Help me !
I would like to show the latest messages in my index.php. Directorie of Yabbse is 'forum'. But ISS.php does not working.
I put in the top of my page <?php require(./forum/SSI.php); ?>and <?php recentTopics(); ?>in the body .
Why it does not working ? :'(

But that was not easy.
On question more: Links are not visible: white on font color page:white. Where to change this.

Change it in your CSS or body tag if you are not using CSS.

Look for "link" with a six digit color code after that.  Change the code from #FFFFFF to whatever color you want.
