PHP Version: 4.2.3
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Windows

Problem Description:
When people try to register on my forum, it hangs when they press 'I Agree'.  Any ideas of what this might be?

You probably have your SMTP/sendmail settings wrong... might want to check them..
