Extended Profiles in Yabbse?

Does anyone know of a mod for YaBBSE 1.5.4 that allows Extended Profiles? In YaBB, the Extended Profile mod would allow you to add required information to a member profile, such as Last Name, First Name, Graduating Class, etc.

My RPG mod that I'm making has an Extended profile piece, that could easily be modified for your information requirements.  The field titles below are controled through the English.lng file, and you can turn on/off the stats through an option in the Mod Settings and Options area.
