This issue is now COMPLETELY resolved. yabbse_log_clicks was completely trashed, several other tables were corrupted. Rebuilt the log_clicks table physically, repaired every other table.

Was caused by a MySQL crash with the host, even though they're denying it.

They always do, but tables only get broken when server's crash or the hardware has problems. It's not a software thing.
