How do you set up boards for different languages?

Sorry if this has been asked before. How do you setup boards for different languages, like:

Français
Italiano
Español
Português

Like on this board.

Just install the latest version (or upgrade), and you're good to go.  Language packs and images are already bundled, you can select which language will be defaulted, and whether people can change the default language.  People can change the language in their profile settings.

Yeah I know that part but I am wondering how to setup boards like on http://www.yabbse.org/community/index.php

One category in English, German, French, Spanish, etc.

you can just put in the discription that this board is for Français, Italiano, Español, or Português only that's all they have done here everything else "text/images" is in defalt.
