Improve admin section

A recommendation here:

If you create a new board category with 1.5.2, and you would like the category between the others, so far as I can tell:

1/ you have to modify the board number manually for each category in turn. There's no "modifiy all changes" option

2/ when creating a new board category, there's no ability to assign a category number.

Just thought this is an area when admin could be made more efficient.
