Database Error after Updating/Upgrading

Hello.

I recently upgraded/updated my forum, which used to be 1.5.1, to 1.5.2 then onto 1.5.3.

It seemed to be working fine with no problems for about 30 minutes, and then somebody PM'ed me about an error they recieved while trying to post.

Anyway, the message posted. A few minutes later I got an error on my index.php page:
