If i login to a my admin account,and i press Admin button it says "You have no permission to..."...

Got this while trying to register:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /users/ionichost.com/tuntisportal/forum/Sources/Subs.php on line 443

Of course no one else got this, as you were the only person.  I can't even log in with a test account.

Just from casual observation, your host has several things disabled (usually indicative of a free web host provider, you truly get what you pay for).

You need to check the cookies FAQ, if none of the things in there work for you, then it's your web host provider, and there's nothing more that we can do here.  Sorry.
