custom stars mod wont install

I keep trying to install this mod, but it won't.

In the zipped folder, I have stars.mod.yp and dbmod.php

Where do I upload these files to?  Will I need to edit the dbmod.php file?

Someone help :(

This should be posted in the mod's folder.  Check the zipped package for installation instructions.  I believe everything should be in your main forums folder, though.

Sorry, I'm just getting very panicky about it....

Ermmm, there is not installation file, and where I found it, they didn't explain how to install it....

Okay, you'll want to post in the thread for that Mod file, since Mod authors are supposed to be supporting their own work in that mod thread.
