Note sure what the exact name is, but the header text for a board, which displays both the page number and the board description, really *needs* differentiating from non-header text, such as that in the info center and the new messages info at the top of the default forum style.

At the moment, because both are the same, it means that table catbg colours have to work with two different sets of text colours - board title and category title.

Someone like me would like to use then dark colours for the catbg, but also nice contrasting black text for normal text on a light background (such as in the info center, and the "member anme - you have x messages").

I cannot at the moment precisely because the text definitions are too broad.

A simple differentiation between header text and non-header text would be nice.
