Flash Problem!

Wen some one at a fourm trys to put flash (in the Signature) it just comes pu the the URL and dose not post the the flash! How do I get this fixed?

the board is http://www.3drad.com/forumphp/index.php

an example is Sake906

But note that embedded Flash has been disabled by default as a potential security risk!
