db name change w/out admin

I just moved my forums to InfoDoma

my problem is that my username here is different than the one I had at the other server, so the db name is different:

before: alex_yabbse
now: anguz_yabbse

so when I try to open the forums here I get this error:

how can I update the db name -and maybe other needed info like the path to the forums, db login/pass- without being able to load the forum's admin options?

download settings.php via ftp, make the relevant changes and reupload
