Install question

When I install YaBB SE 1.5.2 using standard mode, then go to the site using my FTP client, I cannot see the files.

I would like to experiment with installing mods, but it says I need to download my site to my local drive.

Well, if I can't see the files, how can I download them?

to install mods:
- download yabbse safe mode version or upgrade version
- download BoardMod and the mods
- point BoardMod to index.php in your forum directory, then apply the mods

don't forget to read the FAQ page at boardmod.org if u're finding problems
