Getting vulgar posts

Some ****** keeps posting vulgar material on my board.

His IP addresses have all started with 151.204 or 68.45.
According to the IP banning text 151.*.* and 68.45.*.* should take care of the weasel but it's not.  I've tried everything below - I don't care if I ban all 68 & 151 users.

If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it My blood pressure is skyrocketing every time I find the weasels posts.

i believe this wont work: 151.*.*
try this instead: 151.*.*.* (there are 4 parts in the ip address)
what's more you can do:
- ban the username and email address
- tell him if he continue to abuse, you'll report this to the authorities
- censor the vulgar words

You should realize that banning as extreme as an entire A record bans huge numbers of people.  At least get your bans down to xxx.xxx.xxx.*
