Just updated from 1.5.1: don't see colored pics that says if there is new msg

I just updated from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 and everything seems to be working very well except for one thing:

The "sign" for lack of better word beside each forum that is one color if there is new messages and another color if there is no new messages do not appear anymore. Just an empty cell.

any ideas what I did wrong?

Have you uploaded all of the files?  Specifially images.

Yes I did but I'll do it again to make sure. I just didn't know where to start looking for the mistake.

ok I just re-uploaded all images in binary format and it still doesn't work.

where else should I look?

Ever since I installed the board the buttons that allows to make a sign sticky, move it or delete or block it have almost never been there. I used them twice and never saw them again.

I know it's not because the image aren't uploaded. Even if I hover my mouse pointer on their normal location there is nothing.

Any idea if it means I deactivated some feature and now as an admin (as well as the mods) we cannot do these things anymore?

No they are not the same. When I was with version 1.5.0 I couldn't see the sticky/move/block buttons but I could see the on/off icons.

Now that I upgraded to 1.5.1 I can't see either.

I have the french file 1.3.0 but when I was with version 1.5.0 it worked fine for the on/off icons, just didn't see the sticky/move/block buttons back then either.

Let me try again....

Lanaguage files were changed between 1.5.0 and 1.5.1 greatly.  If you did not upload a 1.5.1 of your language file, or one is not available, you will run into these problems.  Please check the language file you are using.

I'll update the language file then, if french 1.5 exists.

That'll teach me to update what is running smoothly...
