OK for some reason, my members have informed me that, instead oif receiveing there im's via the forum they get emailed there instant messages, also some of them get emailed all the time they send and or recive a message, anybody know what i can do to fix this issue? thnx in advance

Tell them to check their IM Preferences and Notifications...

we have all checked that, it even happens to me, i won't recive the pm on the site, it will go straight to my email account, and i won't recive anything on the forum

ok but if they have nothing checked like notify me via email, or anything like that and they still recive there instant messages in email how do i fix that?.. because i don't have it checked and whenever somebody sends me a pm, it goes to my email account instead of the forum
