Why can't i read a regular forum like normal?

Ok here is my problem....

When i logg into my forum, i don't know why it's freezing my pc.

And why i don't see the new forums or news threads, in my laptop i can see everything, and on my PC nothing.

And i have to click to the whole posts to read the last reply. And sometime, it's freezing my screen.

I thought it's was my cookies, so i deleted them, and nothing has fix, i deleted my Temporary files, nothing...

now what?

what browser are u using and what's the version of it?
can u provide a link to your board so we can test going around it? :)
