Error updating template

[Rubilario]

When updating my template main template (Edit Main Template) I get the following error:


An Error Has Occurred!

2: fopen("/home/bdweb4426q/centurybaseball.com/public_html/yabbse/Skins/PfaBB/template.php", "w") - Permission denied
(/home/bdweb4426q/centurybaseball.com/public_html/yabbse/Sources/Admin.php ln 997)


What is causing this?  I don't even have to make any changes, I go to edit, then save and it comes up.
