my YaBB 1.5.1 board works like a charm, and i like it a lot. there is one thing i can't seem to figure out, i can't upload attachments.

i think the upload succeeds, but moving the uploaded file to the attachments folder fails. it gives this error:

Quote
2: move_uploaded_file(/home/chaozz/public_html/forum/attachments/amd.gif) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to create stream: Permission denied
(/home/chaozz/public_html/forum/Sources/Post.php ln 910)

i chmodded the attachments folder to 666. the name of the folder is 'attachments' (without the quotes).

what is wrong? ???

What are the attachments?

Mine don't always work because my server hasn't allowed jpg and png files to work with php.

Make sure the attachments folder is chmod'd writable.  (777 or whatever.)
