I'm not real sure where this belongs, so I'm putting it here.
I discovered a great online FTP service today. www.web2ftp.com will let you log in to any ftp server and you get a great user friendly interface. Although you can only upload 5 or 6 files at a time, one hand feature is you can upload a zip file and they will automatically unzip it for you. This site is also good for setting file permissions, as it allows you to select multiple files/folders and set the permissions the same for all of them (ie you can select 2 or more files and chmod all of them to 755). I have used several FTP programs before, but I don't know if they will let you chmod several files/directories at the same time. This service is great for those who don't have access to an ftp program but can still access the various disk drives on the computer.

For example ws_ftp lets you change the permissions of several files at the same time.

Forget about WS_FTP and CuteFTP, use SmartFTP.

I like WS_FTP better, I like a simple interface, I don't need all those extra features cluttering things up since I won't use them.
