My web host upgraded to new server

They told me to upload my site as usual but now I'm getting this error

An Error Has Occurred!

2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(/home/.sites/74/site138/web/yabbse/Sources/BoardIndex.php ln 154)

When I tried to log in it told me my password didn't exist although it did recognise my username.

hmm...
when u uploaded your website back, did u use a recent database backup or one from long time ago?
try to run 1.5.1 upgrade.php and see if it fixes the error...

also make sure that u've uploaded all 1.5.1 source and language files

Odd I'm still getting that error.

The message I got on step 4 of install is

That's 'cuz I didn't make error_reporting E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE and 1.5.1 is weakly coded :P.  (don't worry, my secret project isn't ;).)

I just deleted the two files mentioned and reuploaded them and it's now working again.  I think my ftp program didn't upload them properly.

Okay, now it says all the passwords aren't working.

Make sure all the files are 1.5.1.

PS: test/test works, but.... you haven't got something set right, I get logged out.

Just doing another full upload.  All the files are 1.5.1 safe mode files.
