Please chmod Settings.php to 755.

Currently, I don't quite have the time to do that, but...

Upload a file, named phpinfo.php, to your yabbse folder.  The file should contain:
<?php phpInfo();?>

As it's only line.  You can make this file with Notepad.

Sometimes it's possible to continue normally after errors have occurred.  However, make _sure_ you have chmod'd Settings.php writable (actually, 777 would be best...) before hand.

Yeah, well... I can look at it...

PHP Version 4.2.3

Looks fairly good.  Did you try changing the permissions on Settings.php?  You can probably ignore the database errors, they are caused by installing twice.  (don't worry, that's okay.)

You mussed up Settings.php..... check to make sure you didn't put any \'s in paths.  Even on windows, you need to use /.
