No, sorry..... DON'T use install_safe anymore. Use install.php.

The install_safe.php won't be in the next build. (I only accidently put it in there...)

It just doesn't make sense.... your server just randomly decides to lose data from the GET/POST.

I am in contact with the support team at my ISP. Maybe they can figure something out
